  • India: We offer free standard shipping on orders over ₹1,000 within India. For orders below ₹1,000, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • International: Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Shipping Timeframe

  • India: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via reliable courier services. Standard delivery within India takes approximately 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
  • International: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary by destination and typically range from 7-21 business days. Customs processing times may affect this estimate.

Please note that shipping times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.

Order Processing

All orders placed on Moriyo Decor are processed and shipped on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with the tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your order’s delivery status.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please report it to us within 2 days of receiving your shipment. You will be required to provide photographs of the damaged product(s) and the delivery parcel for verification. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit as appropriate.

Changes to Shipping Address

You may request a change to your shipping address before your order is dispatched by contacting our customer support team at shop@moriyodecor.com. Please note that we cannot modify the shipping address once your order has been dispatched.
