Exchange & Return Policy:
- We allow exchanges and returns within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
- A free reverse pickup service is available from your shipping address.
- Products eligible for exchange and return will be marked as such on the product page.
Exchange & Return Process:

- We will arrange a reverse pickup from your shipping address within 48 hours.
- Please reuse the original packaging, including the cloth bag, for proper protection.
- Items must be in their original condition with tags intact, unused, unwashed, and without stains or damages.
- Upon verification of the returned items at our facility, they will be processed for exchange or return.
- The exchange or return process typically takes 10-15 days to complete.
Refund Policy:
- Store credit for the full amount is issued for all returns.
- No reverse shipping fees are charged for return requests.
- The first exchange for size or a different style/product is free.
- A non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 199 is applicable for subsequent exchange requests orders placed using a credit note.
- Store credit is valid for a year from the date of issue.
- Shipping fees and gift services are non-refundable.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for monetary value.
Sale or Discount Policy:
- Discounted products are only eligible for size exchanges with a return shipping fee of Rs 199 (if the requested size is in stock).
- We do not accept returns on any discounted or sale merchandise.
- This policy applies to products purchased at a discount or through an offer or promotional code.
Missing or Damage Policy:
- Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 2 days of receiving the parcel.
- Photographs of the item(s) and the delivery parcel they were received in will be required.
- Our customer care team will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
Cancellation Policy:
- We accept cancellations for a full refund or store credit within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Cancellation requests will not be accepted after 12 hours.
